About Me

I’ve sat with hundreds of people who have struggled with food, their bodies, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from themselves. I know how complicated these struggles can be, and I also know that recovery isn’t about becoming a different person—it’s about finding your way back to yourself.

I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and attachment trauma.

My work draws from approaches including somatic therapy, parts work, attachment-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and family systems perspectives. I do not believe in using a single approach with every person. Instead, I want to understand you well enough to know when to slow down, when to explore, when to build skills, and when you are ready to move toward something that has been difficult to face.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors—whether that means camping, exploring somewhere new, or tending to my growing collection of houseplants. Recently, I picked up watercolor painting and drawing, which has quickly become a new source of joy and a way for me to slow down and be present. And, of course, there’s Faye, my dog who I adopted when she was just six weeks old. She’s now seven and truly the joy of my life!
